If you have listened to a FM radio station in the past 2 years, most likely that station was owned by the big conglomorate named Clear Channel.  Not many people like CC because of the tightly controlled playlist they syndicate on the airwaves everyday.

With that said, here is their iphone app.  iheartradio. Just like their tightly controlled playlist, they have a tight number of radio stations to listen to.  I’m not sure if they will continue to add more stations that they own.  What is missing from this app is the ability find your own favorite Clear Channel station. Most or even ALL Clear Channel radio stations have their own website that are already eqiupped with an online streaming feature.

But the biggest fail of this App is all the Clear Channel commercials. Why listen to a playlist that doesn’t cater to you and then sit through commercials?

If I were you, I’d stick with the awesome App that is Pandora. You have more control of what you listen to with Pandora than listening to what “the man” wants you to hear.
