Yes. That really is a screen shot of the Mac OS X properties. And yes. It really is showing that it is running on AMD. But how can that be? How can Mac OS X run on a computer that has an AMD cpu? That’s because the OS is not running on a Mac computer… but an AMD “PC” computer!
That’s right. You now have the ability to install and run Mac OS X on you Windows based PCs. No longer will you have to spend thousands of dollars at a Mac store for one of their computers JUST to have their operating system and programs. Just like how Mac users can dual boot with boot camp, PC users will be able to dual boot and run whichever OS they wish!

That link will help you getting started in making your PC to be able to install and run Mac OS X. But like with all modding… take caution into researching EVERYTHING before attempting.
