Elizabeth Ross is found in the Kirin Tor town of Dalaran, which has recently relocated to Northrend.  What makes her so special?  Not only does this lovely lady sell most every tabard found in TBC, she actually has the ability to restore tabards (that are not purchasable, considering you have at one point or another had them) that have been destroyed from one’s inventory!

In my case, I stupidly destroyed my Battle Tabard of the Defilers and Tabard of the Protector a long time ago.  Fearing I had lost them both forever, I eventually got over it.  After visiting Dalaran for the first time, I went exploring and found this beautiful NPC near the teleport entrance.  Not only did she offer me tabards, she had 2 text choices underneath her vendor option, allowing me to re-obtain the 2 lost tabards!

If you’re somebody who enjoys the game and looks to improve the looks of their character, you’ll definitely appreciate Elizabeth’s implementation into the game!
