		<description>Not the first.  There are videos of people building mineral oil submerged PCs on the web from 2006.  Olivia said it was submerged in &quot;water&quot;, which would short out the system.  It&#039;s oil, which is non-conductive.  You can build your own for much less than $10,000 if you want using an aquarium and about 30 gallons of mineral oil.  Also, if you look at tomshardware.com (where they&#039;ve had videos of oil cooled PCs for about a year) you&#039;ll find that oil cooling does not perform as well as liquid cooling or even a good air cooling setup.  Oil cooling is junk.</description>
