TheStreet.com is reporting that Steve Jobs is going to take a medical leave of absence until June. In a letter, Steve said “the curiosity over my personal health continues to be a distraction not only for me and my family, but everyone else at Apple as well. In addition, during the past week I have learned that my health-related issues are more complex than I originally thought.”
Since 2004, people have already been speculating that Steve would step down due to medical issues. Signs of his health deteriorating have become more evident recently. Also, not stepping on the MacWorld stage as the Keynote speaker have made people believe in these speculations. And now there are even more rumors of Steve stepping down as the CEO of Apple.
We here at PG just hope the best for Steve and his family. He has given us so many innovations that not only work great, but look great too. Hang in there buddy!

I must admit, I’m a fan of his leadership at Apple. I’m absolutely sure that Apple isn’t a one man band however and if Jobs did decide to step down that Apple would continue in a similar direction. I hope his road back to good health is swift and painless.
