So last week for Pixelated Live when the show was over and the after-show came on I came in to talk. I couldn’t find my web-cam. What was I supposed to do? The same thing any smart person would. Go grab the PS3 Eye and hook it up to the computer.

OK, well it’s not that simple but I’ll “help you out” a little bit.

Pretty much saying, you get a bad ass Sony camera that you can use for whatever you want for 40 bucks.

OK, so what do you have to do to get it to work? Well it’s pretty easy. Before you plug it in go here to download some drivers. (Oh yeah, for Microsoft only of course) It’s made by this dude Alex Popovich and works great for me but some people with Vista home have issues.

Basically, Download the files, install, plug in the eye and it works. Very simple.

It’s a high quality camera you can buy for very cheap.

I like to use it to record home made pornos I make with your mom because of its low light capability. Next time I’ll show you how to hook up infrared in your room so you can shoot those encounters in a NO-light situation. For those of you geeks that get laid of course.
