I guess, when you’re unemployed you really have a lot of time on your hands.  Instead of looking at unemployment as a bad thing, director/cinematographer and SDSU graduate, Ross Ching used his time to create short films like the music video you see above.

The burning question in my career has been, “What makes me different?”  These days anyone can make a short film and post it on the internet. The problem is that there is so much clutter on the internet that it is impossible to stand out from the pack. This is the main reason I started doing time lapse and stop motion; because it enables me to tell stories differently. It catches people’s eyes and hopefully it will lead to a creative job.

Ever since I was 13, I’ve always wanted to design websites. Now I do it for a living. Besides that, I love looking for news about and playing with video games, gadgets, tech, and design.
