Do you wish you could get more exercise in your daily routine? Well, here is one solution for that.  A desk that wil go over your treadmill so you can walk and work.

“The days of office drudgery and ill health are finally over. TrekDesk, attached to an existing treadmill, allows employees to walk slowly while they work (without sweating). The benefits of walking while working are life changing and include weight loss, disease prevention, health restoration, mood improvement, productivity increases; a total overhaul of your mental and physical well being.”

Not sure if this idea will catch on in the work place. Not many companies have money for treadmills.  Usually companies give you medical insurance and that’s the end of it. But, if you’re at home and want to use your computer while walking, buy this and tell us how it goes.

For those of us that work from home, it might be worth a shot. I would, however, want to know what their return policy says if it turns out to be a waste of my time. And I anticipate a lot of stories involving face meeting desk from some stupid person trying to jog and type simultaneously. *snorts*

I would love to see that on video. Extra points if the person manages to type “smack” with his forehead on the way down.

it looks like a great idea. I’ve seen some attempts at making a treadmill desk that didn’t look this nice.
