With the Christmas season upon us it’s time for Gift Giving. Though it seems that it can be taxing for most people to figure out what to give. Especially in terms of those that are a little more Tech Savy then most. Here’s a helpful list that can make the Gift Giving season just a little easier.
Tips for Holiday Shopping.
1. Be sure to shop around. Start with the Internet (Amazon) and then work your way to a store.
2. Be sure you know the Stores Policy. Best Buy for an example has a Price Matching policy that comes in handy if you find their prices to be a little much for the holidays.
3. CYA: Research the person your getting stuff for. It always pays to be knowledgeable especially for those tech folk.
4. Don’t shy away from Gift Cards. When you don’t know what to get sometimes a Gift Card can come in to save the day.

RE “4. Don’t shy away from Gift Cards”
1) Gift cards can be great, but make sure the chain is doing well financially before dropping big dollars on soon-to-be-bankrupt businesses.
2) If you get a gift card, get a gift card for a particular location, not a generic Visa gift card. A Visa gift card merely states that “I think cash is impersonal, so I would rather pay $4.95 in fees rather than to you … you know, for appearances.”
Good point!!! Can you imagine being the kid that got a whole mess of Gift Cards to Circut City right before they tanked.
lol. Damn that would suck balls
Can’t go wrong with the Night Angel Trilogy! Another awesome one is the Song of Ice And Fire saga!
Woot thx for the recommendation. Went out to Borders today and picked up book 1. I’ve been looking for something to read after finishing the Night Angel Trilogy. Can’t wait for Brent Week’s next book.
