With very little to go on, Beware the Batman has raised a lot of questions about the nature of the show. This year’s San Diego Comic-Con gave us our first chance to speak with creators Mitch Watson and Glen Murakami and find out what will be coming for fans in this new incarnation of the Dark Knight.
With precious little time to find out as much as possible about Beware the Batman, I asked my “Bat-Buddies”: what we have to look forward to? What inspirations (if any) will be coming from the comic? What’s the deal with Alfred?
What do you think based on what we know so far? A departure from the well known classic villains, the replacement of Robin with Katana, and a new “Sean Connery” approach to Alfred? How will Beware the Batman stand up compared to its legendary predecessors?
