Released

Welcome to this week’s Released brought to you by Pixelated Geek. This week sees the Jurassic Park trilogy return to blu-ray (sold separately as opposed to the collectors set released years ago). We also hope you have been working on that kung-fu grip because G.I. Joe: Retaliation is busting its way into theaters this weekend to battle the forces of Cobra and try to make you forget about its predecessor.

Last but not least, we will take to the skies and see what 2K Games has been doing with BioShock: Infinite.

Universal Studios released the Jurassic Park: Ultimate Trilogy back in October of 2011, but you better not have let go of your butts because Jurassic Park is back on blu-ray, being sold separately for your convenience. It is also worth noting this marks the 20th anniversary for Steven Spielberg’s Jurassic Park. Be sure to check out the 3D theatrical release coming out early next month.

This weekend, join the G.I. Joes as they fight to clear their names and save the United States from the tyranny of Cobra in G.I. Joe: Retaliation. The majority of the cast from the first film have returned for this promising sequel, and they are joined by Dwayne ”The Rock” Johnson and Bruce Willis. If that doesn’t grab your attention, be sure to click here to check out the trailer. Just look at all of those ninjas!

At last, the highly anticipated BioShock: Infinite comes home to once again engulf you in the beautifully twisted world that is BioShock. This gorgeous sequel departs from the dark depths of Rapture and lifts you to Columbia, the city in the sky. Battle your way through several levels of tense combat and rich story telling with your gifted companion.
