Happy 15th Birthday Pokémon!

Has it truly been 15 years? I have been focusing on Pokémon a lot these past couple of months with this post, and this post, and yeah… this post too. A great game franchise can’t exist for 15 years without some great stories, interesting comics, and fan made projects and products. I have collected a

You may or may not be aware of a custom button mapping petition that has been started by Chuck, a.k.a. AskACapper.  Chuck is quadriplegic but loves to play video games.  While some games allow for some limited, pre-set button mapping, very rarely does a game give you complete control over what function a button does.

Jane McGonigal on how Gaming Can Change the World

Can video gaming change the world?  I don’t know.  Jane McGonigal believes it can, and appeared on The Colbert Report on Thursday to share her beliefs. We currently play an estimated three billion hours playing online video games.  Jane claims that this is not nearly enough, and that we should be playing 21 billion hours

MLG Pro Announces Details About the 2011 Pro Circuit!

Last year, I was able to stop by MLG whenever it came to my hometown, Raleigh, and it was pretty fun.  I met some fascinating people and just had a good time with friends.  MLG has now announced a few details about the 2011 Pro Circuit, including two of its stops and two games.  Where
