Superhero Sworn in to City Council

A recent Washington Post article, written by Cleve Wootson, highlighted the swearing in ceremony of Lan Diep. Well, I finally quit repeating, ‘Oh, my God!’, long enough to type this review. I imagine if you already watched the episode you understand.
