SDCC 2016 – Patton Oswalt to Voice New My Little Pony Character, SDCC Panel Announced

Comedian Patton Oswalt will voice a new character named “Quibble Pants” in the mid-season premiere of MY LITTLE PONY: FRIENDSHIP IS MAGIC airing Saturday, July 30 at 11:30a/10:30c on Discovery Family Channel. In the Comic-Con themed episode titled Stranger Than Fan Fiction, Rainbow Dash attends the Daring Do Convention in Manehattan and meets a pony named Quibble Pants (voiced by Patton Oswalt) who despises Daring Do as much as she loves it. The two of them get wrapped up in a real life Daring Do adventure and must settle their differences if they have any chance of surviving the convention.

The cast and creatives behind MY LITTLE PONY: FRIENDSHIP IS MAGIC will participate in a panel discussion at San Diego Comic-Con next Friday, July 22 at 10:30 am in Room 6A.

SDCC 2016 – DC Celebrates Wonder Woman’s 75th Anniversary, Suicide Squad and more

DC will host a huge range of events, panels, and exclusives at San Diego Comic-Con in celebration of 75 years of Wonder Woman, the new Suicide Squad, and more!

Comic-Con International: San Diego 2016 will be the launch pad for a yearlong celebration of DC’s famed Amazonian Super Hero. DC celebrates the 75th anniversary of Wonder Woman with a variety of activities commemorating her iconic evolution on and off the page. On Saturday, July 23 from 3:00 – 4:00pm in Room 6DE, fans will be treated to some of the creative talent at the heart of Wonder Woman’s past, present and future, along with a few surprise guests at the “Wonder Woman 75” panel.

SDCC 2016 – Sherlock Panel Announced

I know it was several days ago that the Sherlock panel was announced, but to be honest I just now calmed down enough to form a rational thought in my head. The fangirl meter is off the charts! It is rumored that Mr. Benedict Cumberbatch will be in attendance for the Marvel panel for Doctor Strange so hopefully he will spend the night in beautiful San Diego and wake up for the Sherlock panel to make all of the Cumberbitches’ dreams come true.

Let’s face it, even people who never watch football tune in to watch The Big Game, even though we might only be interested in the commercials or halftime. (I’m talking to men and women here. Ditch the stereotypes!)

I grew up in the South, so I was born into a football loving culture. I think it might even be required by law to love the sport there. Red- 24! Red 24! Hut! Hut! Hike! (more on this later).
