Continuing our love of older comic book movies, we returned to old Marvel characters this week by watching 1998′s Blade. Wesley Snipes is our hero, a half-vampire known as Blade, The Daywalker. He hates vampires (like, really hates them) and his mission in life is to destroy them all. Good thing too, because the vampires are trying to raise a blood god to destroy all of humanity. Read On

It was listener’s choice week this week, and we here at Movie Issues HQ gave you a choice between three Sci-Fi flicks: The 5th Element, Alien Resurrection, and Buckaroo Banzai.

The winner was 1984s The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension! Oh, what a balls-to-walls-crazy movie! From start to finish it’s nothing but 80′s cheese and camp that has made this a cult film that fans love. Join us as we try to understand just what’s happening!

This week on the show Leland and Spooky discuss one of their all-time favorite films: Robert Zemeckis’ 1988 Who Framed Roger Rabbit? The movie just turned 25 years old, and the remastered Blu-Ray just hit stores last week.
