Some of you may remember a British cartoon that ran in the 80s for about ten seasons, a little series called Danger Mouse. The cartoon has a loyal fanbase in the US, but it’s wildly popular in the UK. In welcome news to fans of the the Greatest Secret Agent In The World, the BBC in conjunction with Fremantle Media made the official announcement in July: Danger Mouse is coming back! All-new episodes are set to air on September 28, thirty-three years to the day after the iconic show was released back in 1981.
On Sunday, Elizabeth and Kathryn sat in on the panel hosted by Sarah Muller (executive producer, head of CBBC acquisitions, animation and drama development), Chapman Maddox (director of development at Fremantle Media Kids & Family Entertainment) and moderated by Bob Higgins (executive producer at Fremantle Media Kids and Family Entertainment), as they revealed details about the new series, including an SDCC-exclusive showing of a brand-new episode!
The greatest geek-culture event has come to an end and the itch is already beginning to creep in under our skin. Between the fantastic weather, the beautiful scenery and the mind blowing things to see, San Diego Comic-Con is the yearly, once in a lifetime experience that everyone has to see. The very life blood of the convention can only be the cosplayers that fill its veins with fandom. Unfortunately the amount of fans walking around draped in the colors of their favorite characters are far too many for any one person to photograph, but I did my best and here are all the photos I could fit into an iPhone.
The first full day of San Diego Comic-Con 2015 was a whirlwind of cosplayers, panels, collectibles, and chilling out at NerdHQ. Check out the gallery of pics from photographers Jada Scarbrough, Nathan Adams, Kathryn Adams, Anthony Silva, and Elizabeth Wallace!

The Women of Comicbook Cosplay are at it again! Fearless leader Derek Fuego and his staff of tireless geeks, nerds, and pretty sure at least one marsupial have been strong supporters of the coplay community for years. Gathering submissions from conventions and photo shoots from around the world, WoCC has showcased women of all of cosplay skill and sizes so they can get the praise they deserve for their dedication, as well as helping costumers and photographers raise awareness of their talents.
For five years the crew at WoCC have been gathering twelve of the year’s best submissions into one outstanding calendar for cosplay enthusiasts to enjoy year ’round. This year is no different; twelve beautiful cosplayers have been chosen and the only thing left to do is to choose a cover girl for 2016!
