I’m not a noob when it comes to Comic Con. I was born and raised in San Diego and have already been to several San Diego Comic Cons. And in all of those past years, the only thing I have experienced was an overcrowded exhibit hall.

Until now.

I haven’t been to the 2nd floor for all the panels before. After starting this site, I grew an interest to cover the material that goes on up there. The 4-day pass was a gem – it helped me view the exhibit hall the night prior get that over with. Now I can relax and go to panels and learn a thing or two.

So, here is what I have experienced for my first preview night at Comic Con.

When I passed by this life-like wax figure of Hugh Jackman as Wolverine, I noticed that a lot of ladies were gathered around waiting for their chances to take a picture with it.  Some didn’t mind taking a picture with his “junk.”

Check it out! Blizzard and DC Unlimited have new figurines on display.  A new Dwarf Paladin, a goblin on a rocket, Thrall, a Night Elf Hunter, a Zombie, a Gnome Warlock with his Void Walker, and the Forsaken Queen.

The Lego booth this year is awesome.  Lego showed some displays of new and upcoming pieces and minifigs.  I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw that Lego had a new Prince of Persia and Toy Story set coming out. I am so buying these when they come out.
