What a release list this week. If I were to put my excitement into a phrase it would be “THIS IS IT”, yes the release of Mass Effect 2!!!!  Oh and that other movie starring Michael Jackson what was it called again?? Oh yeah, This Is It. Which is released on just about every medium possible including UMD. You hear that PSP GO Fans, you can enjoy you movie on….. DVD or Blu Ray!!!!  Well the excitement doesn’t just stop there, time to dust off the old Wii with the release of Capcom’s Tatsunoko vs Capcom:Ultimate All Stars !!! Well it’s beginning to look a lot like the Holiday Shopping Season. This weeks release list is jam packed full of Hogwarts fun, with the release of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. One of the better of the Harry Potter Franchise and had some sweet Special FX. Also out this week Zelda is back on track with The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks DS. If that wasn’t enough Disney debuts it’s latest Animated movie with the Princess and the Frog. If you see anything missing drop a comment.

Wooot the week before Halloween and all through the house, all the creatures were stirring including this weeks release list? Dang, this week look nice, with a variety of stuff. Let’s start with the Blu Rays with some Battlestar Galactica: The Plan. As for the gaming scene there are 2 contenders with the first entry being DJ Hero which has Daft Punk on there hells yeah!!! Followed closely by Tekken 6. Just a heads up about the Wireless Fight Stick Bundle that Gamestop is selling, reports are coming in that the Fight Stick has Soldered Buttons which makes modding just a tad more difficult. As the week zips past us we must stop and think “Do I chance seeing the GI Joe Movie?” That’s a big question that I’ve been pondering for a couple of weeks now. After the monstrosity of Bayformers 2 I’m a little scared to go see anymore of my childhood go down the drain. Anywho pleanty of other release this week including Flight of the Conchords on DVD. July 4th is this Saturday and while it brings us a fantastic day off on Friday it also brings about another tradition that I up hold. Yes BBQ is one of them but it’s that time to dust off that old SuperBit DVD of Independence Day. Relive the awesomeness that was watching the dynamic duo of Will Smith and the Chaotician himself Jeff Goldblum!!! “Opps? Let’s try that again, this time without the oops.” This week also holds a diamond in the rough of DVD releases. This time around we have The IT Crowd. If you haven’t seen this yet Season 1 is still on Netflix Instant.
