As expected, this game will have a lot of WTFs involved. Muscle March is already out on WiiWare.  If you haven’t picked it up yet, well, I don’t blame you. As seen in the fake infomercial above, I too don’t want to turn into a body builder that goes around in a small (almost thong) like bikini bottom.

Just wait for the robot to make your jaw drop. No, I’m not going to tell you the exact second in the video where something spectacular happens.  You need to let the moment build, marinate, and then realize that sometime in the near future, these robots that Japan are making for fun will be the end of all of us.

Nice going Japan.  Why can’t you just stick to your crazy memes and cosplay?

Man does this game look nuts. Namco Bandai’s soon to be released WiiWare game Muscle March will be muscling it’s way into the Wii market this Tuesday, January 18th. Weighing in at five dollars this WiiWare title seems to be based off of the popular Japanese (there was an American version but I think it got canned) game show hole in the wall. Except instead of men and women in spandex suits they have muscle men and women (and a polar bear) who run really fast through walls while making the same pose as the “nefarious thief ” who has stolen your valuable protein.  Also once you are close enough to the thief you shake the Wiimote really fast to try and tackle him.  Looks funny. Maybe worth it for five dollars provided you have friends around to play it and laugh at it together.

This is just too awesome for words. In the video above, a Japanese man uses a long chainsaw to create an Anime figure out of logs. Wings, a wand and of course, big boobs, what else could you want? (Don’t you dare say tentacles.)

Muscle March is a WiiWare game where you chase a guy who has stolen something of yours. And you pose your character’s muscle built half naked body with the WiiMote and Nunchuck to go through holes in the wall. Yes. It’s an import from Japan. Of course.

Yet again, Japan delivers. Whenever there’s a new tech toy or gadget out there, Japan is one of the firsts to make it a sex toy or something erotic.  In the video above, someone is playing with some anime boobs on the new larger DSi XL screen. God bless you, Japan. As I say time and time again, don’t ever change.

As Christmas rolls in, the fight for the no.1 Christmas gift gets going. Robosapien made it one year, Pleo another, so it’s not that much of a stretch to see day of the ROPID have it’s day in the near future, the fastest and best jumping robot to hit the mean streets of Japan. Styled like the cutest kid you’ve ever seen and able to run around like a kid in a candy store whilst still responding to vocal commands with both speech and action (possibly together, although I doubt it’ll be programmed with profanity unlike real unruly brats). Watch out for this on Christmas lists in the next couple of years, just keep him away from Coke eh?

For those of you who do not know me personally, I am in no way a small guy. Build, weight, height… all over-average. I have been told I am quite imposing, and at times, quite scary. Now, roll back to about 3 years ago…

I was working on a long, mentally taxing project at work. My mood was dark, my attitude was sharpened, and my stress was high. I needed something happy and a bit silly to break that cloud hovering over me.

The solution, J-Pop… more specifically, Perfume.

The real geeky-reveal of this was when a co-worker of mine popped my headphone cord and revealed to the rest of the crew what I had been jamming out to for the last 30 minutes -_-. Thanks.
