You exactly have 5 days to figure out where the nearest Left 4 Dead 2 ad is and take a photo next to it. Why? Because Valve is hosting a contest that could win you a limited edition L4D2 Xbox 360 or a free copy of the game.

From the contest page:

Take a funny, interesting, scary or otherwise unique photograph of you or a friend in front of one of L4D2’s outdoor media placements (billboards, bus ads, etc.) and you could win a custom Xbox. All entries will be reviewed and judged by Gabe Newell, president and founder of Valve, so be creative!

All entries must be submitted by Sunday, November 15th.

Need more cinematic footage from Left 4 Dead 2? Well, here’s the 2nd TV spot from Valve. It doesn’t show anything new, but it does certainly get the hype train going at full “steam.” (See what I did there?)

Looks like the first “pitch” has been thrown for Left 4 Dead 2. Check out the 1st TV ad for the popular game. Also, if you haven’t pre-ordered the game yet on Steam or at your local gamestore, do it now so you can “go up to bat.”

Will this game be a homerun?

EA made an appearance at the London Expo with Valve’s upcoming Left 4 Dead 2 , complete with zombies and the EA Vault. On show was an exclusive look at one of the new co-op levels, which we got a very brief hands on with. (more…)

Tomorrow yours truly, representing Pixelated Geek, will be present and reporting from the October 2009 MCM London Expo.

On the agenda for the show is:

• Exclusive look at a brand new co-op level of EA’s Left 4 Dead 2
• Exclusive sneak peak of the upcoming V re-imagining from SyFy (that’s Sci Fi for all those that hate the new name)
• Colin (the no budget zombie flick) is also previewing

For Halo fans we also have a treat for you with the full size Halo M12 ‘Warthog’ LRV, which is to be used in the upcoming Halo fan-flick Operation Chastity making an appearance.

Of course they’ll also be a load of cosplay on show, so we’ll have the best, the worst and the down right strange on show for you.
