In a Team Fortress 2 game mod of dodge ball, a user named “OobyDooby” goes on the mic to call the shots of the game.  Just listen to the hilarity of his words.  This guy should really to make it a career if he could be that funny.  Imagine him calling the shots of an exhibition match at MLG.

This has got to be one of the best Heavy Weapons Guy cosplay AND impersonations I’ve ever seen.  I hope he find that Spy and gets his Sasha back. Or maybe that host IS that Spy. Dun dun dunnnnnnnnnnn…….

As you have heard, the new TF2 patch comes with all new hats for every class.  Here is a rending of what you can randomly get while playing the game.

Today’s update features a brand new game mode.  King of the hill.  How it works is that once the gates open and gameplay starts (*HORN*), the one capture point will be locked.  After a short time, it will be open for capture by any of the 2 teams.  Once captured, a timer will count how long they have it captured for.  The team that can defend their captured point for 3 minutes, wins.

If an enemy team is able to capture the point, their timer goes up, while the team that lost the point has their timer frozen.

Seems like its going a boat load of fun and a great challenge.  Already, I can’t wait for more updates this week.

It looks like Valve’s Team Fortress 2 team is out with another week of patch announcements.  For day 1, they have announced new hats for each class to further customize their character.  To the noobs out there, sorry.  Hats are only for looks.  The cannot help your skill level. They have also added another arena map.

This update also comes with some funny hidden JPGs not found on the update webpage. We have posted the hidden JPGs below.

I never would have guessed that there would be so many Team Fortress 2 fans at an anime expo.  Valve products have nothing to do with the Anime culture, yet the TF2 cosplay was out in full force! Take all the Funniest Home Videos from Bob Saget, replace his stupid voiceovers with Team Fortress 2 sound files and voice overs, and viola.  You get a whole new way to experience the old version of YouTube before it got on the internets.

It seems that Valve released a patch over night. What did they fix? The Ambassador and Dead Ringer:

• The Ambassador now does full critical hits on headshots, instead of mini crits
• The Dead Ringer now fully drains the cloak meter, even if the Spy leaves cloak early

It does not look like they did anything to stop people who leave their computers on idle while at work, sleeping or doing something else.  So, before they patch it, here is a guide from facepunch.com on how to start your very own idle server while you’re away.
