PixelatedGeek.com is an independently-owned website that tackles the latest news on technology, video games, computer games, Internet humor and just about everything geeky.
While we are still a fairly new site, we were able to fully cover this year’s Game Developers Conference in San Francisco, CA. We plan to break more gaming news to our readers by attending conferences like Blizzcon, Comic-Con and E3. Additionally, some members of our staff have received access to exclusive events held by game companies like Capcom, Nintendo and Sony.
We are proud to have an International Game Developers Association member on our team. She is a colleague of the current Director of the IGDA and is additionally connected to IGDA chapter coordinators in locations like Orlando, Albany, Shanghai, and Denmark.
PixelatedGeek.com is not limited to gaming news. A large portion of our technology news is attained through several social media outlets and is reported to our readers almost immediately. However, while we pride ourselves in the timeliness of our news, we also like to excite our audience with humor and beautiful women — what respectable geek wouldn’t enjoy that kind of coverage?

Ever since I was 13, I’ve always wanted to design websites. Now I do it for a living. Besides that, I love looking for news about and playing with video games, gadgets, tech, and design. I’m a casual gamer that has been WoW free for 9 months now. My favorite game right now is Team Fortress 2 because it’s a game where I don’t have to put ANY commitments in. I received my Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, Berkeley upon completing irrationally rigorous levels of Sudoku. In pen. I pride myself in a variety of minor, personal nuances, including my animosity towards wearing pants and my adamant refusal to comb my hair.I have a steady level of accomplishments that lengthen my metaphorical penis: (1) I’ve completed Super Mario World in 13 minutes and 26 seconds, (2) I’ve squatted 135 pounds, and (3) I’ve probably watched more porn in high school than Redtube will ever have sufficient bandwidth for.

I’m doing a PhD at Imperial College London. Having been brought up on the latest and greatest on the consumer electronics front I keep a keen eye on the tech world. I’ve been a tech writer for several years in both traditional and new media specialising in portable tech. I’ve also been a gamer since I was about 8 or 9 years old and have experience with almost every console there’s ever been. These days I can be caught playing any number of FPS but still have time for the odd platformer with a soft spot for LittleBigPlanet.
