This week, we here at Movie Issues HQ wanted to give some love to the special effect master Ray Harryhausen, whose recent passing left a legacy that can’t be beat. Harryhausen’s work has inspired many artists we have today, and he was a game-changer for how modern effects were made.
With this in mind, we watched 1977’s Sinbad and the Eye of the Tiger. Yes, we know we should have watched one of the better movies to show off Harryhausen’s effects, but really, why start now?
