Monster Hunter 4G was announced today during “Monster Hunter Festa 13” in Japan, adding more hunts to the Monster Hunter 4 franchise. Also included was this lovely trailer.
A video released after the announcement by producer Ryozo Tsujimoto indicated the game may support both local and online play.
The release is only for the Nintendo 3DS and will likely come to the States and Western Hemisphere in early 2015. While it will be called Monster Hunter 4G in Japan, it will be called Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate — like it’s predecessor — in the West.
