Respawn Entertainment’s Titanfall is unquestionably the most anticipated title of this year and thankfully it’s just days away. Respawn has announced that the title has gone gold, and begun shipping to stores, and earlier today released an action-packed launch trailer.
While Titanfall has received some mild criticism for being an online-only title, our experience in the Beta showed that Respawn is dedicated to making multi-player feel like a connected, narrative experience. Today’s launch trailer seems so focused on that narrative that one could easily mistake it for a story trailer. I’m quite personally interested to see the degree to which this intent is delivered upon.
Respawn Entertainment’s Titanfall drops Tuesday, March 11th on PC, Xbox 360 and XboxONE.
