We watched watch a Christmas movie that really doesn’t deal with Christmas as the focus, it’s more of the backdrop against some other plot. Thus, 1984 horror/comedy Gremlins was picked. Directed by the great Joe Dante and staring Zach Galligan, Phoebe Cates and introduces the world to the cutest mogwai ever, Gizmo. The fantasy creature all the kids wanted in the 1980s.
