“Kingdom Hearts 3” was given a new trailer for the final chapter in the “Kingdom Hearts” trilogy. Showcasing colorful worlds, new enemies and its unique blend of Disney and action RPG’s, the trailer reminds us why we’ve been missing this series for too long.
With the trailer, it is revealed that “Tangled” is now a new world which Sora, Donald and Goofy must save from the heartless. Some of the stand out moments from the trailer include a key blade that transforms into dual wielding pistols, which in turn can transform into a rocket launcher like weapon. Limit breakers also make an appearance in combat in the form of reimagined Disney rides. One of the more notable limit breakers that was shown was that of the Tea Cup ride.
It’s great how Square Enix is further incorporating its fan’s love for Disney within the game, and in a way that seems as natural as anything. Seeing Sora and company back at it brings a smile to my face because this is one fantastical world that I cannot wait to be back in. “Kingdom hearts 3” has yet to be given a release date.
