The latest episode of Night Vale features a mysterious voice from Jupiter trying to figure out who she is and what her purpose is, something which I’m sure a lot of us can sympathize with.
After the recap we moved on to our usual SitRep, which this week seems to be more about politics than the pandemic. The death of Ruth Bader Ginsberg hit us particularly hard, so the main topic of conversation was how ridiculously broken our democracy is right now. (If our political opinions surprise you then you obviously haven’t been paying attention.) To cheer ourselves up we then talked about all the movies we want to re-watch….which apparently are mostly horror movies, because it’s been that kind of a year.
