I keep forgetting that Resident Free Days are a thing in Balboa Park: every Tuesday a different set of museums has free admission for San Diego residents. This last Tuesday it was the Comic-Con Museum’s turn to be free, and the latest exhibit is “Colleen Doran Illustrates Neil Gaiman.” Obviously, we had to stop by.
We only made it in time for the last hour (they close at 5:00) but you can see a lot in an hour, more than enough to make me want to come back; it’d be well worth the ticket price to see everything.
