Capcom reveals the fifth and final character for Ultra Street Fighter 4

During Final Round 17 in Atlanta Georgia, Capcom finally revealed the newest character to join the Street Fighter 4 roster! The new character, Decapre, is one of M.Bison’s assassins and body guards known as “Dolls”.
