After several years I was glad to be back at WonderCon, taking photos of all the great cosplay. Here’s several from me and my friend Matt Bond that we took on Saturday. I can never get enough of the Bandai Namco Tamashii Nation booth, all those beautiful collectibles right there on the WonderCon sales floor, I could take photos for ages. I took these photos on Friday afternoon at WonderCon, plus there’s a couple Gundam photos Elizabeth took because she loves the giant robots.
This was my second ever WonderCon and I had an amazing time photographing all of the incredible cosplay. The photos below are from Saturday, if I took your photo please let us know in the comments so we can tag your picture! Photos by Lauren Wilson. Here’s the second half of my WonderCon photos (it was a great year for cosplay) featuring photos from Saturday afternoon and Sunday till about 2:30pm, including the Marvel and Spider-Man meetup on Saturday and the Disney meetup on Sunday.
It was great to be back at WonderCon, I always enjoy seeing the creativity, talent, and enthusiasm of all the cosplayers. For everyone I spoke to, thank you very much for allowing me take your photo.
The cosplay at WonderCon is always excellent, but I thought it was particularly good this year. See below for photos from Friday and the first half of Saturday, both on the sales floor and in the courtyard out front.
The positive energy at WonderCon is infectious, and you can’t help but smile as you walk the floor. I really had a great time, I hope you enjoy the photos as much as I enjoyed taking them!
