Spider-Man: Miles Morales is a focused, and relatively brief experience compared to its much larger predecessor. But what it lacks in length, it makes up for with heart. The overall vibe of Miles Morales is distinct from Marvel’s Spider-Man.

Helmed by Cheo Hodari Coker and based on the Marvel comics of the same name, Luke Cage follows the story of a man with super strength and unbreakable skin. He is also a wrongfully convicted man who escaped prison and has been trying to lay low and live a quiet life in Harlem, New York.

As always, one of my favorite “problems” is that there’s way too much amazing comic book talent out there to see all of it in one year. Bearing that in mind, here’s my 2019 top 14 favorite artists, in no particular order, out of the comics I actually got to read.
It’s finally here! I am very excited for this Marvel flick. I heart Black Widow. Scarlett Johansson reprises her role as Natasha/Black Widow in Marvel Studios’ action-packed spy thriller “Black Widow”—the first film in Phase Four of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Florence Pugh stars as Yelena, David Harbour as Alexei aka The Red Guardian
