BILLY made one of his first Convention appearances at the LOS ANGELES COMIC BOOK AND SCIENCE FICTION CONVENTION during 1999, and now he’s returning to give STAR WARS Collectors another opportunity for an autograph. BILLY will be signing autographs in the Dealers Room 12:00-2:00 P.M. While there is a charge for each autograph, it includes a choice of photo.
